THE JOB:
Getting ads for us. eindore.com has around half million page
views, and we are looking for people who will sell advertising
space on eindore.com.
THE PERSONS:
Preferably an MBA, you will be exceptionally good at
communication skills, and will have demonstrated an ability
for setting ambitious goals for yourself and attaining them.
You need to have sales experience. We'll prefer people who
have already done work selling ads for any kind of
publication. That said, we are not really particular about age
or experience, we just need to see a capability for high
achievement.
WHAT'S IN IT:
The salary will NOT be a constraint for the right candidate.
In addition, over a period of time, we propose to give
employees of eindore.com a share in the ownership of the
company through extremely attractive stock options. There will
also be commissions based on performance.
Technical
THE JOB:
eindore.com functions on one of the best technological
backbones for portal websites, and is one of the most flexible
and advanced models for creating a portal. Developed
exclusively and totally in-house, the fullhyd model has great
potential for addition of newer features, limited only by the
imagination of the team. And for this, we are looking for
smart college students with extensive programming experience
on the web, who can work 3-4 hours a day with us.
THE PERSONS:
You should be a CS/Electronics engineering student or an MCA
student from a premier college, have excellent academic
record, knowledge of MySQL and PHP, and should have done a lot
of programming on the web. We expect you to be very good at
HTML and Javascript. Most importantly, you should be capable
of learning new things extremely fast, since you'd need to
deliver from day 1.
